Onsite Account Manager

Are you an experienced Onsite AM and already aware of all processes, systems and expectations of such a role? Are you immediately available to undertake a temp (possibly turning perm for the right candidate) contract for the foreseeable future with an immediate start. Based at one main site in Northampton you will be responsible, together with an account coordinator, for managing 150 temporary workers inc recruitment, inductions, payroll and admin. You will manage the client relationship via 1-2-1 meetings, liaise with your coordinator and work collaboratively together to ensure targets are met and first class service is provided. You will know your numbers well and accurately record same on a weekly basis. Dealing with payroll queries, HR issues etc are all part of this role.
