Radiology Assistant required for a permanent role in Brighton Location: Brighton, UK Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum Job Description: Trident Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Radiology Assistant to join a dynamic team in Brighton for a private client. As a Radiology Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the radiolographers and ensuring the smooth operation of our radiology department. Key Responsibilities: * Assist radiographers in preparing and positioning patients for imaging procedures. * Ensure patient comfort and safety during radiological examinations. * Maintain and operate radiology equipment, ensuring it is clean and functional. * Prepare and manage patient records and documentation. * Provide excellent patient care and address any concerns or questions. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. Requirements: * Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in radiology but not essential and can be within a different speciality. * Assistants with experience in other medical fields will also be considered. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care. * Basic knowledge of radiology procedures and equipment is an advantage.
