They are looking to add a dedicated PMLD Teaching Assistant to their team. This small, close-knit school supports students aged 4-19 and prides itself on fostering a warm, welcoming environment. They are committed to the well-being of both students and staff, providing exceptional support.As a PMLD Teaching Assistant, you will work with students both in and outside the classroom, acting as an encouraging and inspiring role model. The role may involve managing some challenging behaviours, so we are looking for individuals who are resilient, compassionate, and patient.
