Commercial Account Handler A great opportunity for a dynamic and skilled Commercial Account Handler to join the commercial team of a prestigious client. This role is based in Cheshunt and the role plays a key role in driving continued expansion into the Commercial Market. You will be securing renewal of existing commercial policies through ongoing reviews and servicing commercial clients. You will also be prospecting, tendering, and securing sales You will be devising strategies, generating leads, and developing profitable and long-lasting business relationships. Responsibilities: * Undertake face-to-face/telephone reviews of existing clients to secure renewals * Actively prospect and sell to target commercial clients, building long-term trusting relationships with key decision makers * Cross sell the full range of NFU mutual products, including financial services, risk management services and a range of motor insurances * Manage your own sales pipeline using a Customer Relationship Management tool * Handle day to day enquiries, preparation and negotiating of renewals Required skills and experience: * 2+ years’ experience within Commercial Insurance * Maths and English GCSE Grade 4-9 (or equivalent) * CRM – MS Dynamics, Salesforce * Full clean driving license * Proven track record of prospecting, generating, and converting leads to business * Excellent communication and relationship building skills * Good organisational skills – able to proactively manage a client pipeline Desirable: * Experience within a regulated B2B role * Professional Financial Services qualification Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Location: Office based in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire Benefits: * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Workplace pension * Free parking onsite * Expert marketing support * Full training and support * Existing client base with sustained high retention levels This role offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally within a supportive and innovative environment.
