Salary: £25,000.00 – £26,000
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trade Sales Co-ordinator to join our clients sales team in Coventry. This is a supporting role where you are responsible for supporting sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth internal and external communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate sales activity records.
* Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
* Prepare sales reports and presentations that provide insights into performance metrics and trends.
* Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, delivering exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.
* Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and prospects, efficiently tracking interactions and follow-ups.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support the development of sales strategies.
Required Skills
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Knowledge of sales to trade an advantage.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective interaction with clients and team members.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive and critical approach to problem-solving.
* Previous experience in sales support in trade supply chain roles is advantageous, but not essential.
