We are working in partnership with a successful and growing business in Oxford who are recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor to join their team. As the Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for reviewing clients' questionnaires, assessing and inputting data accurately. A high level of attention to detail is therefore imperative to excel in this role. Key responsibilities will include: - Offer customers guidance throughout the validations process - Validate questionnaires to ensure information received is correct - Verifying financial documentations and certificates with close attention to detail - Make 10-15 outbound calls daily to support customers through any queries - Accurately log customer records on the CRM - Deliver a first class customer experience, taking the time to discuss the validations process with each customer We are looking for a personable and proactive individual who has a keen eye for detail. The salary on offer is £23,000 - £25,0000 + 10% performance bonus.
