Catering Assistant

Part-time, term time only Catering Assistant required in Bridgwater – TA6 £11.44 per hour 20 – 26.25 hours per week Monday to Friday About the job Prepare food in accordance with agreed recipes/methods Preparing food for chilled and or hot transportation Decant and/or serve food where required Maintain food safety records. Refill and replace consumables Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy The right candidate Happy to undertake a DBS criminal record check prior to starting work Experience of working in a catering environment & within a team Good communication skills, and literacy / numeracy skills Experience of cooking/food preparation for large numbers Willingness to gain recognised catering qualification Flexibility to undertake holiday cleans when required If you are interested in this role, please apply online or contact Pertemps Bridgwater office and speak to Richard Dearsley
