A leading Bank are looking to hire a FP&A Manager to drive their business forward. It’s a newly created role to release some workload from the team and to have a stand-along FP&A function. They are an established bank with an informal and non-corporate feel to the office and can offer a very mature and flexible working environment along with a broad role with lots of different responsibilities.
The Role
The role has been created to be responsible for the planning, budgeting, partnering, modelling & forecasting. Most of the role is shared between existing members of the team, so you will need to wrap your arms around it, look what can be done better and improve on what is currently being produced.
Your Role
- Budgeting of revenues, costs and balance sheet, consolidation and analysis of strategic plans
- Responsible for rebilling allocations from Group
- Partnering with key stakeholders and cost centre managers
- Building and maintain financial models
- Providing insights and metrics for key growth areas and using them to create KPI’s for the business
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- FP&A experience
- Stakeholder Management experience
- Experience working to deadlines
The FP&A Manager is paying £70,000 - £80,000 + bonuses and a 10% pension.
