Temporary Works Coordinator

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Temporary Works Coordinator to join their team in the London (SW1E) area. Key Responsibilities: Set technical standards for the business in line with statutory and/or good practice guidelines Provide guidance and support for the front-end delivery teams to ensure compliance with adopted technical standards Liaise with technical leads to contribute to the establishment and audit of best practice operational delivery inc HV / LV and Gas / Legionella / LOLER and other statutory, activities Produce paperwork including RAMS, ITPS, RFIs Oversee works on site and ensure works adhear to design and quality Provide an audit function and reporting to report performance in the delivery of standards Review the market to ensure leading-edge technical systems and processes are adopted to maintain the best possible market position for the business Skills/Qualifications Experience working or managing temporary works contracts including scaffolding FM background (desirable) This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-respected company.
