Transport Planner

Streamline Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Transport Planner to join a leading, family-run logistics company in Basildon. You will be responsible for the smooth operations of the transport administration & planning, account managing key clients ensuring requirements & deliveries are met in line with SLA’s.

Key Responsibilities:

* Strategically plan and arrange loads, routes, paperwork compliance and schedules to ensure efficient delivery operations.

* Manage planning & tracking using inhouse system.

* Work closely with drivers, transport teams, and clients to proactively address any potential challenges, such as delays or scheduling conflicts.

* Collaborate with the internal team to support driver briefings and de-briefings, and provide timely updates to management on operational concerns.

Monday – Friday 10:00-20:30

£33k salary.
