This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company in the aviation industry.Key ResponsibilitiesAviation Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the aircraft interiors market that align with M Trim Ltd’s growth objectives.Client & Partner Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with airlines, OEMs, and strategic partners in the aviation sector.Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at achieving and surpassing revenue targets within the aircraft interiors industry.Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities within the aviation sector.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful design, production, and delivery of aircraft interior projects.Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to key stakeholders, showcasing M Trim Ltd’s innovative solutions and industry expertise.Qualifications & SkillsProven Experience: Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the aviation or aerospace industries.Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners in the aircraft industry.Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify challenges and opportunities within the aviation market and propose effective solutions.Salesforce Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is an advantage.Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.Why Join M Trim Ltd?If you are a motivated individual with a passion for driving business growth in the aviation industry, we invite you to apply.
