The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Funds Lawyer to join our client's London team. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in fund formation and structuring, with a particular focus on offshore jurisdictions. You will be responsible for advising a range of clients, including fund managers, investors, and financial institutions, on a variety of complex fund matters. Key Responsibilities: Advising on the formation and structuring of a variety of fund products, including hedge funds, private equity funds, and real estate funds Drafting and negotiating fund documentation, including partnership agreements, limited partnership agreements, investor agreements, and fund management agreements Providing ongoing legal advice to fund managers and investors on regulatory and compliance matters Working closely with colleagues in other jurisdictions to deliver seamless cross-border advice Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and experience: Qualified lawyer with 5-9 years' post-qualification experience in funds law Admitted to practice in a Commonwealth jurisdiction Strong technical knowledge of fund formation and structuring, with a particular focus on offshore jurisdictions Excellent drafting and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong client service orientation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills To Apply If you are a talented funds lawyer looking for an exciting opportunity to join a leading global firm, Please submit your CV to [email protected]
