Building Services Manager

I'm looking to speak with experienced Building Services Managers to join a reputable Tier 1 contractor, working on large projects around Greater Manchester.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong MEP background (either main contractor or sub-contractor background) with experience in the pre-construction, design and delivery aspects of MEP and Utility services.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in various sectors including but not limited to Residential, Commercial, Hotel, Education, Healthcare.

The salary on offer is up to £85,000 + £6,00 Car Allowance & Package, depending on experience.
