We are looking for someone passionate about supporting individuals with diverse mental health needs and who has experience in providing emotional and practical support to help them achieve personal growth and well-being. Mental Health Support Worker Role: Work closely with students on a one-on-one basis, providing tailored support to meet their unique mental health needs. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement strategies that promote a positive and inclusive learning environment. Be a calming presence during challenging situations, offering immediate support and helping students navigate difficult emotions. Maintain open communication with parents, providing updates on students' progress and collaborating on strategies for continued support at home. Working in classrooms supporting Teachers and fellow Teaching Assistants.
