Production Manager

Are you a Production Manager with significant experience ideally in the print industry or from the aerospace or supply chain sector? You will be responsible for all aspects of the warehouse and production teams; planning, coordinating and controlling the warehouse, production processes to enable products to be delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. As Production Manager you will be dealing with all aspects of managing a team, will be accountable for their performance and actions, delivering upon KPIs and ensuring that professional standards are upheld at all times. You will have high levels of integrity, efficiency, and attention to detail and enjoy being involved in a dynamic environment, focussing on continuous improvement. You pride yourself on exceptionally high standards and enjoy building relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating the core values of the business at all times which are energy, excellence, enjoyment, excitement, and empathy.
