Our client, a leading international marketing communications agency, is looking for a talented Account Director with expertise in Digital Marketing Campaign Management to join their dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to work exclusively with a prestigious global brand, focusing on digital and web campaigns within the UK and Ireland, while also collaborating with European teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Interface: Act as the main point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding client needs, and offering strategic advice
  • Campaign Management: Oversee and execute the localisation of digital and web campaigns, ensuring optimal performance through the Adobe Campaign Management suite
  • Project Management: Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Strategic Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies that align with the client's broader marketing objectives, using data insights to refine and optimise future campaigns


Essential Requirements:


  • Several years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a similar role within an agency setting
  • Strong expertise in digital channels, including social media, web and app strategies, and end-to-end campaign management
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and drive actionable insights

  • Proficiency with the Adobe Campaign Management suite
  • Experience with CRM systems, driving customer engagement and personalisation
