The Person The ideal Head Chef will have: An expert knowledge and passion for ingredients, flavours and food design. High level of culinary skill. Excellent and innovative culinary and presentation skills and demonstrate a passion for food Having the ability to plan, lead and execute projects on their own to achieve desired standards Ability to influence and operate at all levels Multi-site experience is a must Used to working with large numbers but not compromise on quality Minimum 2 years' experience as a Hotel Head chef (sub 100 rooms) or as Senior Sous chef (Plus 100 rooms) Previous experience in a similar role in a branded high-quality hotel Strong organisational skills. Ability to work to strict pressured deadlines.
