You will manage our extensive wine list of over 300 bins, lead from the front, and help train junior staff. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing and maintaining our 300-bin wine list Ordering stock, liaising with suppliers, making recommendations, and serving with expertise Opening and closing the restaurant with precision Recruiting, training, and retaining top-tier staff Resolving guest queries and delivering exceptional hospitality Collaborating with the kitchen team on guest requirements What Were Looking For: Previous experience in a similar hospitality or restaurant role A passion for fine dining and extensive wine knowledge (sommelier training is a plus) Strong leadership skills with a flair for customer service Enthusiasm for training and developing junior staff Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills A flexible and positive attitude with a presentable demeanour Ready to Make Your Mark?
