Key responsibilities Assist with underwriting, processing, and reviewing commercial and residential risks, while ensuring accurate policy wording and knowledge of coverage. Handle client enquiries and maintain high service standards, both in writing and via phone, to maximise business opportunities. Maintain accurate data in systems, follow department procedures, and proactively suggest process improvements. Develop industry knowledge, maintain technical competence, and demonstrate company values while collaborating with internal and external clients. About you A strong academic background (minimum 2:1 degree) or relevant legal, insurance, property qualification, or experience. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain business relationships at all levels. Strong organisational and analytical abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. A flexible, positive attitude, with a collaborative approach to supporting colleagues and fostering strong team relationships
