You’ll join at the discovery phase, shaping both the architecture and technical direction from the start. Key Responsibilities: Shape the technical direction of the project from the ground up. Collaborate on key technical decisions and team growth. Work hands-on with Java, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure delivery-focused outcomes. Ideal Experience: 5+ years of solid Java experience. Strong knowledge of TDD, DevOps, and API development. Bonus if you have experience with Kubernetes, Docker, ETL pipelines, or messaging architectures.
