Job Description Hopton Primary School - Hopton, Norfolk IP22 2QY £24,404 pro rata Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm, 38 weeks per year (part time considered) Permanent Reference: 6340 Required from 4 November 2024Hopton CEVC Primary School was judged to be 'Good' in 2018. Situated 25 minutes from Bury St Edmunds and 15 minutes from Diss, Hopton is an innovative rural school with lots to offer you.We are looking for a talented Teaching Assistant to join our forward thinking, fast paced and fun team. Hopton is well known for our warm, friendly and family orientated approach that puts the children's happiness at the forefront of decision making.We aim to create a safe and nurturing environment that allows all children to fulfil their full potential in life and learning.If you have: experience of supporting children on a one to one basis with complex and varying special educational needs experience of nurturing the social, emotional and mental health difficulties excellent communication skills, working closely with colleagues to create the best outcomes for all experience of teaching phonics to small groups of children experience of teaching and modelling high standards of oracy to children.To complement the team, you will need to be flexible, solution focused and have great personal organisational skills.
