This cdp role offers an immediate start. As chef partie you would be joining a team of 4 at this country pub in the lake district.Chef de partie Ideal profile. Play an integral role in the kitchen team, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role. Passion for working in a busy traditional pub environment Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen. Positive attitude and willingness to work within a small team. Chef de partie responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes from the main menu and daily specials Work alongside the Head and 2nd Chef Consistently prepare and cook a variety of traditional pub dishes, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and portion control, while adhering to recipes and customer preferences. Maintain consistency in food presentation and quality. Contribute to menu ideas Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
