Job Title : New Business Account Manager Location : Essex – Hybrid Salary : £30,000 - £35,000 (£50k - £60k OTE)Start date : October 2024New Business Account Manager – IT Hardware SolutionsWho are we? We help our customers navigate the right Technology choices to support positive business outcomes.The Mission: Why are we hiring?The mission of a New Business Account Manager is to add profitable New Business to the company through new lead generation & building client relationships to understand their business goals and delivering outstanding customer service and successful client outcomes. The white space within these accounts should then be developed to achieve the Account Manager’s quarterly and annual GP targets as well as strengthen the client relationship further.Competencies - What does the right person need to have? Experience – a B2B IT Sales background, ideally within Dell & HP Hardware (happy to consider software, support, telecoms, networks/serves or other technical sales fields)Entrepreneurial Drive– Wants to win and hit targets.Enthusiasm - Have lots of energy and exhibits passion and a positive, can-do attitude in their role.High standards - Expect nothing but the best especially when it comes to customer service. Always a role model and exudes confidence in their ability.Self-Motivated -Able to push themselves outside of comfort zone, keeping long term goals to the front of mind.Clear communicator -Be able to communicate the core values and services offerings to the team and customers in a clear way. Can adapt the style of engagement from Junior to C-levels. Technology savvy - Has an interest in technology and has sold a wide variety of business lines to various customersTeamwork – Feels confident helping and asking for help. Able to work collaboratively and take on feedback and criticism in the appropriate fashion. Willing to share skills and expertise with team mates, pitch in to help others in order to achieve overall business aims.Persuasion - Competent in convincing others to pursue a mutually beneficial course of action. Relationship building - Understands the customer engagement, able to build client relationships as well as coach others to do so.
