Machine Setter

About Us:
We are recruiting for a leading manufacturer on Deeside Industrial estate known for their commitment to quality and innovation. We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Machine Setter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting and Operating Machines: Set up and operate power presses, wire, and cutting machines efficiently and safely.
• Quality Control: Ensure that machines are producing high-quality products by performing regular checks and adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve any issues that may arise with the machinery, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a machine setter, particularly with power presses, wire, and cutting machines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
