Franchise Development Manager - South England
£60,000-£65,000 base salary plus benefits

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Franchise Business Development Manager to join a well-established domiciliary care provider specialising in complex care. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven professional to drive franchise growth across the UK, focusing on the South region. If you have a track record of building successful franchise networks and are passionate about the care sector, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand the franchise network across the South of the UK.
- Identify and engage with potential franchise partners, building strong relationships.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity within the domiciliary care sector.
Requirements:
- Recent and relevant experience in the franchising sector within domiciliary care.
- Proven success in franchise recruitment, growing and managing a domiciliary care franchise network.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to deliver business growth targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with franchisees and stakeholders.
- A self-motivated and results-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the South of the UK.
