Our Care Assistants provide support that is completely personalised to the individual based on a close bond being formed through shared experiences and interests. Your passion for supporting others and your pride in delivering outstanding service will come from your reliability and trustworthiness. You will enjoy building professional and respectful friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others with the ability to be flexible to meet client's needs.As a part-time Care Assistant, you will based within the community providing care for clients within their own homes. Your work hours will be based on the below, depending on which is best suited to your availability. There is some flexibility if that suits you better. We would be looking for a minimum of 3 shifts per week which can be any combination of the hpours below07:00-12.0008:00-13:0016:00-220018:00-23:00Optional overtime opportunities are available upon request.QualificationsYou do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Assistant.
