Solutions Architect

The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the Solutions architecture to align with business goals and user needs. This includes resolving technical issues, implementing new technologies, and improving efficiency. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful architecture delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-level and low-level architectures based on customer requirements.
• Lead and integrate various technical streams for cohesive technology solutions.
• Identify technical risks and provide strategies for mitigation.
• Support project managers by explaining technical risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Ensure that business requirements are met within the architecture framework.
• Assist in developing and adopting technology standards, policies, and guidelines.
• Conduct audits, peer reviews, and due diligence.

Skills Required:

• Strong communicator with the ability to present ideas to stakeholders.
• Expertise in creating detailed design documentation with supporting diagrams.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft (365/Exchange/Azure/M365/AD), Cloud, Citrix, and Cyber Security.
• Proven experience in delivering quality technical programs and artefacts.
