Sponsorship Sales Manager / Global Leading Events Organisation / Hybrid / 1st year £120,000 OTE   Overview:  A Market Leading events company is seeking a Sponsorship Sales Manager to join their Customer Success portfolio, focusing on cutting edge and emerging topics.   “Delivering the world’s leading events to the world’s business leaders with an unrivalled portfolio of market leading ‘must attend’ events in every industry” The overall purpose of the role is to sell sponsorship packages to key decision makers in all of the connecting industries. Role & Responsibilities of the Sponsorship Sales Manager:  Sales prospecting Hunting for marketing contacts within targeted companies Reaching out via calls and emails Understand exec’s objectives, targets and goals Matching events, reports, webinars and content syndication programs to help them achieve their aims Manage a portfolio of conferences Generate new business Create value proposition Effectively map the market Connect with key decision makers Identify business needs Essential Skills & Experience for the Sponsorship Sales Manager: 2 + years of B2B selling Experience selling conference sponsorship is desirable Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Full life-cycle sales experience A real hunter mentality Strong telephone presence Excellent communication skills Personal development focused  Package for the Sponsorship Sales Manager: 1st year expected earnings £(phone number removed), 2nd year expected £150,000, 3rd year expected £200,000+ 25-30 days annual leave depending on length of service Hybrid working Health cash plan Pension Scheme Life insurance – enhanced Sponsorship Sales Manager / Global Leading Events Organisation / Hybrid / 1st year £120,000 OTE
