Senior DFT Engineer

DFT Engineer Outside IR35 This leading Electronics manufacturing company are looking for a DFT engineer to join their team. You will ideally have Knowledge of analog and digital IC design principles Experience of scan-stitching; Experience of MBIST/BISR implementation. Knowledgeable on TestMAX ATPG and TestMAX DFT Knowledgeable on test automation scripts Knowledgeable on JTAG, I2C, I3C Desirable to have Strong IC design and verification skills and relevant knowledge Currently Taking CVs and interviewing immediately
