Develop and implement strategies for client retention and business growth. Collaborate with the team to innovate and improve our services. Engage with clients to understand their needs and help them achieve their fitness goals. General idea of everyday tasks : - Lead and develop classes and one-on-one sessions, ensuring a safe, effective, and motivational environment. - Manage new client onboardings with a focus on understanding their unique goals and how we can support their wellbeing journey. - Handle administrative tasks with efficiency and care, from scheduling to client follow-ups. - Drive marketing initiatives that resonate with our brand's voice and mission, engaging current and prospective clients. - Spearhead sales efforts to promote our services and membership plans, emphasizing the value and difference we make in our clients' lives. - Build and nurture your client base, with additional hours available on a commission basis as your client base grows. -Maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance within the facility - A chance to be part of a team that values wellness, community, and positive change. - Please not this role will be required to work a weekend shift, these are split fairly amongst the whole team TPBN1_UKTJ
