Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager   Derby 39 hour flexi-hours contract Salary dependant on experience Kirkland Associates are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Maintenance Manager to join our clients team based in Derby. Based within a structural steel manufacturing environment, this role is responsible for coordinating and conducting all maintenance and service related duties. Maintenance Manager - The role Being hands-on to coordinate and carry out all maintenance to ensure an efficient production operation Planning and carrying out PPM, calibrations & safety checks Be proficient at maintaining a variety of engineering disciplines including pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical systems Manage the procurement process for new parts and spares Manage a small team, workload and prioritise jobs within timescales Maintenance Manager - The candidate Have a strong understanding of the operation of CNC Machinery that operate with a Siemens Sinumerik HMI Ability to diagnose faulty machinery Have an engineering qualification in an electrical or mechanical discipline Must have electrical experience Able to manage digital records of maintenance  Maintenance Manager - Benefits Pension Employee discount Free on-site parking Private medical insurance Health and wellbeing programme These lists are not exhaustive and for a confidential discussion including salary expectations please contact Kirkland Associates INDSM
