The Customer and Business Support Officer provides the first point of contact for customers, processing and resolving their enquiries through a range of channels including telephone, email, the housing IT portal and face to face at the Council offices.
The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Housing Operations Service including answering telephone calls, sending standard correspondence, processing tenancy changes, mutual exchanges and self-service portal enquiries alongside paying invoices, raising works orders and purchase orders.
This is a great opportunity to work as part of a busy team managing contacts and administering vital housing functions. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, well organised with excellent customer service and communication skills.
