As the In-house Senior Quantity Surveyor , you'll be at the heart of shaping exceptional solutions for our team and clients, resolving challenges with your expert knowledge, and enhancing the way we work. You'll be our go-to person, ensuring smooth and proactive delivery while creating a positive experience for everyone involved. What you’ll be doing: Business Planning & Support: Help shape the future by contributing to the Portfolio Budget setting process, using your insight and data to advise on live benchmark costs. Collaborate & Advise: Work closely with colleagues to understand their needs, offering cost and contract advice that makes a real impact on business priorities. Deliver Excellence: Take ownership of Quantity Surveying activities, ensuring top-notch service and clear communication every step of the way. Key requirements: You will be degree qualified, with experience gained within a UK consultancy or developer. We are looking for someone who enjoys working as a team, as such, you will lead a small team of Quantity Surveyors.
