Personal Attributes: * Calm, patient, and resilient in the face of challenging behaviour. * Empathetic and understanding of the individual needs of SEND students. * Positive and proactive, with a passion for helping students overcome barriers to learning. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to work flexibly as part of a team. * A commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity within the school community.
