Associate Experience Analyst

Rockbourne is delighted to be retained by a leading Real Estate firm specialising in developing and managing high-quality Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) in helping them appoint a new Analyst/Associate to their team. You will be working within a high-performing team and will play a leading role in helping them forge a new business in the UK and, potentially, beyond this. Building financial models and cost models to monitor existing projects and assessing new development opportunities. Assist with information dissemination and analysis for acquisitions, financings, recapitalisations, and dispositions Assist with preparation of cash flow analyses and investment return projections. 3 - 5 years of Commercial Real Estate experience is preferred, but not required. ~ Undergraduate degree is required, preferably with a focus in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or other relevant subject matter. ~ Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects ~ Strong preference for knowledge/understanding of JV structuring, debt capital markets, waterfall analysis. ~ Advanced financial and analytical skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. ~ Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 (DOE) + discretionary bonus
