This role is critical in driving the digital strategy and execution across all digital channels. This role requires a visionary leader who can enhance the brand's online presence, create immersive digital experiences, and ensure the seamless integration of digital and physical customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and the latest digital trends and technologies.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the businesses (Insignia Group of Companies (premium cards and concierge offering) and VCFC (newly created bank) and target audience.Develop growth strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and acquisition.Conduct A/B testing to optimise campaign performance and identify the most effective digital marketing strategies. This includes ads and landing pages. Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality compelling digital content across all websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels to engage and grow the luxury consumer base.Management and enhancement of the marketing CRM (Hubspot).Utilise CRM to drive segmentation of audiences and messages.Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising, to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.Utilise analytics and customer insights to inform decision-making and optimise digital initiatives. Track KPIs and ROI for all digital activities.Manage the digital budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency while maximising the impact of digital initiatives.Work closely with the sales, lifestyle boutique and customer service teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and goals.Work with the PR team and partners to execute campaigns and drive ROI alongside sales. Identify and manage relationships with external agencies on a/b testing landing pages, website/analytics enhancements and ensure the site is lead gen ready.System solution finding for supporting sales and marketing processes - Develop and execute strategies to generate and nurture leads through digital channels.Stay informed of digital marketing trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices to keep Insignia ahead of the curve.Lead and mentor a small, junior digital marketing team and foster a collaborative, result driven and innovative team environment.Professional Requirements:Business and/ or marketing or digital media degree or equivalent.Previous background within the luxury sector is preferrable.Over 5 years’ experience within digital marketing.Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies. Proficiency in CMS, SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, email marketing and social media management.Creative and strategic thinker.Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Must have a growth mindset.Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.Expertise in A/B testing and performance optimisation.Familiarity with luxury market dynamics and consumer behaviour.SME consumer marketing experience but with a strong commercial and entrepreneurial outlook.Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
