Graduate Hardware Developer
A prominent consultancy based in Surrey, is looking for a driven Graduate Hardware Developer to become part of their innovative team! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside a talented group of experts on diverse and exciting projects, taking full ownership from concept to completion. Graduate hardware developers design PCBs and implement processing solutions in FPGAs, ranging from low-power microcontroller designs to high-rate network processing solutions incorporating multiple FPGAs and CPUs. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, and has either a strong understanding of or interest in learning the following:
- FPGA development in VHDL
- PCB design and layout
- Embedded software development in C/C++
Qualifications:
- 1st or 2.1 undergraduate degree or a PhD in a numerate discipline
- Strong academic background, including A’s in A-level Maths and Physics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
