Our client, a nationally recognised specialist in Cancer Care, is seeking an Agency Chemotherapy Nurse for a community-based position in the London area. This temporary role offers the opportunity to provide vital oncology treatments in patients' homes, ensuring they receive the best care possible. Enjoy a competitive hourly rate of £42 - £48, based on experience, while working as an Agency Chemotherapy Nurse. Benefit from mileage expenses and a Monday to Friday schedule, with no bank holiday work required. This role offers a flexible contract lasting a minimum of 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Our client is a leading provider of specialist Cancer Care services, dedicated to delivering high-quality treatment and support to oncology patients. As an Agency Chemotherapy Nurse, you will: Visit patients in their homes to administer treatments such as IV and oral chemotherapy. Conduct blood tests and toxicity assessments. Perform pump disconnections and provide line care. Administer IM/SC injections. Work 30 37.5 hours per week, across 4 or 5 days. Package and Benefits: The Agency Chemotherapy Nurse role comes with: An hourly rate of £42 - £48, depending on experience. Mileage expenses covered. A work schedule of Monday to Friday, approximately 8 hours per day. No requirement to work on bank holidays. To be considered for the Agency Chemotherapy Nurse position, candidates must have: An active NMC Pin and be a Registered RGN. Experience in Oncology, Haematology, or Chemotherapy. Skills in cannulation and venepuncture. A valid driving licence. A SACT Passport or equivalent qualification.
