The company I am working with are a 3rd party bottling and packaging company, based just north of Bilsthorpe, that deals with a large variety of products every week providing new challenges and experiences to further grow a candidate's skill set. They are offering a fantastic opportunity for someone to join the team as a line leader where you will be responsible for setting up the production lines daily and driving performance with your team. If you are looking for an opportunity to grow your management experience and knowledge in improving upon processes, then look no further as you will actively be working with the Operations Manager and a Supervisor on shift who will offer support.
