We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join the team, primarily working within KS2 (Years 4 & 5). This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment while supporting children with mixed abilities. Key Responsibilities: Provide classroom support to students in Year 4 and Year 5 Assist the class teacher in preparing lesson materials and activities Support students with varying abilities, helping them to engage in their learning Manage behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and productive classroom environment Work with small groups and 1:1 to offer targeted support where necessary Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for all childrenRequirements: Experience working in a classroom setting (KS2 experience preferred but not essential) Strong behaviour management skills A positive, proactive, and patient approach to working with children Ability to support pupils of mixed abilities and differentiate support as needed Enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative team environmentWhy Join This School?
