What You ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing multiple lift modernisation projects from start to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Leading project teams, including engineers and subcontractors, to ensure seamless collaboration and operational efficiency.
• Building and managing client relationships, keeping stakeholders informed on timelines, project milestones, and any emerging challenges.
• Ensuring full compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and quality guidelines throughout all project stages.

What We re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the lift industry or in a similar project management role.
• Strong understanding of lift modernisation processes, and project management best practices.
• Excellent organisational skills with a solid track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong client management and communication skills, with a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.
• A proactive, adaptable approach to problem-solving and the ability to respond effectively to project challenges.
