Job Requirements / Description
We are looking to recruit a Technical Service Manager to look after the day to day after sales support. Running the technical service help desk giving assistance to engineers, customers and colleagues, identifying and solving issues whilst providing manuals, part numbers and advice to ensure a high standard of service. Sales will be a benefit as the right person will be involved in sales support and internal sales. For this Technical Service Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: · The ability to understand the operation of a forced draught burner, Gas, oil and dual fuel and diagnose faults. Hands on approach and experience preferable · Run the technical and service help desk by telephone and email · Book in Service and commissioning calls with the external service agents · First line technical support to both external and internal staff · Management and maintenance of returns and warranties · Visit to sites and customers occasionally · Gas safe and or Oftec registered a bonus · Good communication skills as can be dealing with Italian and German Colleagues, homeowner’s, engineers and customers alike
