Style Advisor | Part Time | £14ph + Commission The Brand: Zachary Daniels is proud to be partnering with a luxury womenswear brand, now seeking a part time Style Advisor to work Saturday and Sunday, in one of their central London boutiques. The Role: The Style Advisor is a brand ambassador who inspires confidence in customers and their colleagues, in a service focused environment. They are accountable for building their client base, delivering the highest level of customer experience, exceeding their commercial objectives, and adhering to all operational policies and procedure. Responsibilities: Customer Experience - Our Style Advisor will act as an ambassador for the brand to create and cultivate a culture of trust and community. Build Long standing relationships with existing and new clients. Commercial - Drive sales and KPI's, keep up to date with trends and be confident to advise customers Operational - follow operational and BOH procedures Key Knowledge and Experience: A proven record of successfully building a loyal client base and personal shopping. Experience working in an Omnichannel environment and using a variety of digital systems and tools.
