Job Title: Multi Trade Operative Job Type: Permanent Job Category: Property Services Location: Hertfordshire Salary: £38,443.73 - £40,124.00 per annum We have an exciting new opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join the responsive repairs team at an award-winning housing association. You will be responsible for completing repairs in customer's homes. Responsibilities: Undertaking responsive repairs in residential homes occupied by tenants Using a PDA device to receive work orders and appointment times to attend Fault finding and accurately diagnosing the repairs required Providing out of hours support on a rotational basisRequirements: Full UK Driving Licence (clean) City & Guilds in Carpentry OR PlumbingBenefits: A company work van and fuel card (for business use only) All power tools provided 4-day compressed working week (upon request) 25 days per year increasing by one day per completed holiday year to 30 days maximum £900 each year in April to spend on flexible benefits On-call rota for additional earnings Complimentary massage once a month Performance bonus (up to 4.5% of salary) Annual Christmas bonus If you feel that you would be suitable for this position, please apply or contact Leah for more information.
