Plus, many more We are seeking a skilled Air Compressor Engineer to join our clients team at Aldermaston. This role involves undertaking planned and reactive maintenance works and installations, ranging from minor repairs and servicing to the complete installation and commissioning of air systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults on customer equipment, both in the field and workshop-based. Additionally, the role includes the PDI and commissioning of new equipment, and the installation of new equipment and pipework. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical and electrical fault-finding work, particularly with compressed air systems and other mechanical systems. Experience with air conditioning, control, and instrumentation is advantageous but not essential. What you will do: • Undertake planned and reactive maintenance works & installations, from minor repairs and servicing to complete air system installation and commissioning • Attend to breakdowns in line with client requirements when they occur, this may involve call-out • To effectively diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on customer equipment, field and workshop based • To carry out PDI and commissioning of new equipment • To carry out install of new equipment and pipework What you will need: • Experience in mechanical and electrical fault-finding work • Experience of compressed air systems and other mechanical systems is essential • You will have current experience of repairing and servicing at least some of the following equipment: • Reciprocating compressor [piston compressors] • Screw compressors • Desiccant dryers • Refrigerant dryers • All forms of filtration • Dryers • N2 Systems • Pumps • Plant machinery If you are a Air Compressor Engineer looking for the next stage in your career then please apply
