Job Requirements / Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join their prestigious team in South Kensington.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth sales operations
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage documentation using Kerridge
- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking inventory levels
- Provide outstanding customer service and address inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance customer satisfaction
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales administration role, ideally within the automotive industry or luxury retail
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using dealership management software, preferably Kerridge.
Salary:
- Competitive salary of up to 30,000, depending on experience
