Automotive HGV Technician Bishop Auckland Up to £42k + any overtime at an enhanced rate Working Monday to Friday Our client is looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician to join theirteam in Bishop Auckland. You will be flexible, self-motivated and able to work under your own initiative. You will be an experienced HGV/PSV technician looking to progress your career. This role is for a brand new workshop and would suit someone who is looking to progress their career. Ideally you will have a level 3 automotive qualification and live locally to Bishop Auckland. Shift pattern -Monday to Friday We are looking to speak to candidates who have ideally worked within the Commercial Automotive sector but we are open to speaking to candidates who are local to Bishop Auckland who have worked as a Technician, have a full UK licence and are happy to work within a fast paced role and someone with a good eye for detail. This role would suit someone who has worked as a HGV mechanic /PSV mechanic/ Technician / Fitter / Engineer. Duties & responsibilities: Electrical, mechanical and hydraulic fault diagnosis, repair and installation Setting and operating of machine tools and equipment Support workshops team members including Apprentice Technicians as required.
