Chief Financial Officer HAYWARD HAWK are delighted to be partnering with a growing and highly successful business to recruit a Chief Financial Officer. The successful CFO will report to the CEO and be part of the Executive Leadership Team playing a pivotal role and helping drive financial performance. The business is currently rolling out a 4 day working week offering a fantastic work/life balance for the successful candidate. The Role: Define the corporate financial strategy and execute to deliver growth Ensure preparation and implementation of annual budgets, forecasts and long term business plans Oversee the finance function to ensure compliance with regulatory and shareholder requirements Manage the finance function helping to deliver agreed performance goals Build relationships with shareholders, internal and external business partners and customers Responsibility to ensure financial governance and statutory compliance Support the Board with key financial information and operational analytics Develop and complete M&A solutions in line with the CRO and Board strategic aims Develop and maintain a strong profile and network of contacts to support the strategic plan The Person Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent Significant experience in CFO or Finance Director role Strong proven leadership abilities Strong commercial understand and strategic thinker Fantastic communication and influencing skills The Benefits Highly competitive salary plus bonuses 4 day working week (off 3 out of 4 Fridays!)
