My client is a reputable planning consultancy who work on a variety of exclusive and exciting projects and they are on the hunt for an experienced Planner to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and management of planning applications and appeals. Conduct thorough site assessments to inform planning decisions. Draft and submit planning documents, including detailed planning statements. Communicate effectively with Local Planning Authorities (LPA) throughout the process. Monitor and report on project delivery to ensure timely and successful outcomes. Deliver outstanding customer service to all stakeholders. Offer ad hoc planning advice to clients as needed.
