Job Title: D365 Business Central Account Manager

Location: Surrey, UK


Are you passionate about managing client relationships and driving business growth? We are seeking a dynamic D365 Business Central Account Manager to join an amazing Microsoft Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing strong customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping them achieve their business goals using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.


Main Areas of Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
  • Promptly respond to and address customer enquiries and concerns.
  • Organise regular customer reviews and provide strategic advice to help clients meet their goals, overcome challenges, and manage expectations.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products, services, or contract expansions.
  • Set clear expectations with customers regarding what can be delivered and when.
  • Manage contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring contracts are accurate and up-to-date.


Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, or another ERP or subscription-based software solution, in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Excellent time management skills to manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise customer needs.
  • Proficiency in IT, including the use of common software applications.
